When I was introduced to Sarah originally in a group context, I was blown away by her intuitive abilities. Along with a group of 10 women friends, Sarah provided mediumship readings, welcoming into the room the souls of our loved ones, and spoke to us based on what she was feeling, seeing, and hearing from them. It was an extremely powerful experience for each of us, both individually and collectively.
About a year after I met Sarah, I pursued individual readings with her when I was going through my own challenges, particularly around parenting teenage children. I was struggling to help my daughter through an eating disorder and asked Sarah for guidance. At the age of 15, my daughter was very resistant to getting this kind of help; her eating disorder had a very strong grip on her soul and she didn’t seem to want it to let go. She had previously seen therapists, went to a residential treatment program, and continued with other dietary and clinical treatments. All of them had some effect, but she was still really hurting. Finally, though my daughter fought hard against seeking spiritual help, we insisted and drove 8 hours to spend the weekend near Sarah. Within moments of my daughter meeting Sarah, she clearly felt comfortable and open to Sarah’s suggestions. The next day, we had a very powerful spirit healing circle experience, which included other spiritual healers who were Sarah’s students, my daughter, my husband and me. It’s hard to describe this experience in words, but I’ll just say that it was unbelievably powerful. We connected with special souls who were all looking out for my daughter, both in this world and beyond. We also met Sarah the next day and she provided energy healing for my daughter, and for me as well.
When we left, we each felt strong. Sarah told us that within 3 months after the weekend’s healing sessions, my daughter’s eating disorder would be gone. This felt extremely hard to believe. We saw small amounts of change over the next month or two, and the progress ebbed and flowed. But as Sarah had so humbly predicted, almost 3 months to the day, her eating disorder behaviors stopped. It was miraculous. My daughter, who had come to trust Sarah deeply, chose to work with her on a weekly basis. They developed a very open and trusting relationship. Things from there have only gotten better and better for her.
Since that time, I have sought my own spiritual help from Sarah around other issues related to my relationships with family, my husband’s health, and trusting my own life path. We meet over zoom since I live so far away, and though I love the energy of being in her presence, Sarah’s readings are always life-affirming and powerful no matter the distance. “I attended Sarah Milligan’s Spirit Healing Circle looking to feel some peace within. I lost my 26 year old daughter to ovarian cancer in September of 2020. I went hoping to heal my heart, ease the grief of losing her and find some peace.
I had a private reading with Sarah a few weeks before the Spirit Circle where my Gabriella came through and one of my messages was that of a rainbow as a sign from her. It didn’t mean a literal rainbow, but something with a rainbow was going to happen soon and her way of saying I’m ok, Mom. So I waited looking to see when this rainbow was going to enter.
Fast forward to the Spirit Healing Circle. It is nothing that can truly be put into words unless you experience it first hand. If I didn’t see it and hear it for myself it would be hard to believe that the spirits can make tapping noises on the table, lift the table on its legs, move to individuals with messages and you can feel the healing coming through.
For my experience the song that came on was from Israel Kamakawiwo’ole Somewhere Over The Rainbow – What A Wonderful World. In the beginning of the song he starts out by saying “This one is for Gabby”! I’d heard that song so many times before and never once did I hear that at the beginning of the song! But that night it stood out as clear as day for everyone to hear. This song played in the movie 50 First Dates, a movie I watched all the time with Gabby! So when that song started to play, and even though Sarah and the others didn’t know I had a special connection to that song with my daughter, I thought, that must be my Gabby! The table started to move back and forth and then it raised up and down 7 times and stopped which meant it was the letter G! I hoped it was my Gabby! The table moved across to me to hug me and it certainly was my Gabriella bringing me healing. Sarah told me she kept saying I love you as she was dancing the table and hugging me (she loved to dance)! The tingles on my skin and the peace throughout my body was truly an experience I won’t forget.
Sarah had told me a few weeks back during our private reading that Gabby said something with a rainbow was going to be very impactful. The name of the song and our connection with it says it all!
